TendiTech and IDT

TendiTech Inc. provides integrated services for real estate professionals. IDtorney Tech Inc. (IDT), a Canadian corporation and majority shareholder of TendiTech, supports the technology and managed operations. These are distinct legal entities.

Proprietary materials owned or licensed by IDT or TendiTech remain subject to the applicable agreements. Third-party software, trademarks, customer content and open-source components retain their respective ownership and licence rights.

How to read this library

Public notices are available here. Sign in to the console for the service-provider and application notices relevant to the service offering. A listing does not mean every provider processes your data or that every feature is included in your service.

This initial publication is an information library. It does not replace your signed agreement, activate new terms, or certify that the inventory and legal review are complete. New TendiTech agreements are being prepared. Reading a page is not acceptance.

Questions and copies

Use your usual TendiTech contact to request the agreement applicable to your account, a licence notice, an accessible copy, or assistance with a privacy request. Historical published versions are retained in the console.

Rights remain with their holders

Product names identify their respective providers. No endorsement or exclusive ownership of third-party technology is implied. Vendor copyright notices, licence texts and required in-product attribution must be preserved.

Open-source rights are granted by the applicable licence. Nothing in this library is intended to restrict those rights or impose confidentiality on code that must be available under its licence.

Which notices apply

The console component notice includes complete licence texts for the identified console dependencies. An application may provide additional notices in its own interface or distribution. Its installed edition, release and applicable commercial agreement determine the relevant terms.

Some licence obligations arise when software is distributed; others may arise when a modified program is made available over a network. A link to an upstream repository alone is not a substitute for providing corresponding source when the applicable licence requires it.

Source and notice requests

Where you are entitled to corresponding source, notices or licence copies, request them through your usual TendiTech contact and identify the application and version if known. This contact route does not replace a source offer, delivery method or deadline required by a particular licence.

Scope

These notices reproduce the licence files shipped with the installed console runtime dependencies. Original licence text is retained in its supplied language. Build-only tools and unrelated internal software are not included in this browser-component notice.
