Les éléments exclusifs appartenant à IDT ou à TendiTech, ou utilisés sous licence, demeurent assujettis aux ententes applicables. Les logiciels de tiers, marques, contenus des clients et composants libres conservent leurs droits de propriété et de licence respectifs.

Comment consulter cette bibliothèque

Les avis publics sont accessibles ici. Connectez-vous à la console pour les avis sur les fournisseurs et applications de l’offre de services. Une inscription ne signifie pas que chaque fournisseur traite vos données ni que chaque fonction est comprise dans votre service.

Cette première publication est une bibliothèque de renseignements. Elle ne remplace pas votre entente signée, ne met pas de nouvelles conditions en vigueur et ne certifie pas que l’inventaire ou l’examen juridique sont complets. Utilisez votre contact TendiTech habituel pour obtenir l’entente applicable à votre compte, un avis de licence, une copie accessible ou de l’aide pour une demande relative à la vie privée. Les versions publiées antérieures sont conservées dans la console.

Les titulaires conservent leurs droits

Les noms de produits identifient leurs fournisseurs respectifs. Ils n’impliquent aucune approbation ni propriété exclusive des technologies de tiers. Les mentions de droit d’auteur, textes de licence et attributions exigées dans les produits doivent être préservés.

Les droits sur les logiciels libres sont accordés par leur licence applicable. Cette bibliothèque ne vise pas à les restreindre ni à imposer la confidentialité à du code qui doit être accessible selon sa licence.

Quels avis s’appliquent

L’avis sur les composants de la console comprend les textes complets des licences des dépendances identifiées. Une application peut présenter d’autres avis dans son interface ou sa distribution. L’édition installée, la version et l’entente commerciale applicable déterminent les conditions pertinentes.

Certaines obligations découlent de la distribution d’un logiciel; d’autres peuvent découler de la mise à disposition d’un programme modifié par réseau. Un lien vers le dépôt d’origine ne remplace pas la fourniture du code source correspondant lorsque la licence l’exige.

Demandes de code source et d’avis

Lorsque vous avez droit au code source correspondant, à des avis ou à des copies de licence, communiquez avec votre contact TendiTech habituel en identifiant, si possible, l’application et sa version. Ce moyen de contact ne remplace pas une offre de code source, un mode de livraison ou un délai exigé par une licence.

Portée

Ces avis reproduisent les fichiers de licence fournis avec les dépendances d’exécution installées de la console. Les textes originaux sont conservés dans leur langue de publication. Les outils de compilation et les logiciels internes sans lien avec ces composants du navigateur ne figurent pas dans cet avis.
